Coaching is a way to help you get from where you are now to where you want to be faster than you could do alone.
Coaching is about enabling others to move forward more effectively than if they were doing this alone. Coaching is a processes of helping you identify your goals, work out options and then put in place an achievable action plan. Coaches have a huge array of tools that they use to help you and I have outlined a few of the mostly commonly use below:

Coaching is not therapy, counselling or mentoring but a distinct discipline in its own right. A coach does not fix your problems as they know that you already have all the answers. A coach is there to empower you to be the master of your own destiny.
My lifecoach sessions specialise in improving your wellbeing. I use my life experience as well as my training in coaching, yoga, meditation, thai massage and other energy work to help you bring a better balance to your body, mind and spirit.
